what we’re excited about in 2025

farmhouse ale focus

The original idea behind the Farmhouse Ale was to create a beer that could be brewed on a farm by farmers & workers. These ales were often made using ingredients that were locally available, such as barley, wheat, and oats, and were brewed seasonally, typically in the winter or spring, for consumption during the warmer months when farming was more demanding. The beers were generally crafted with rustic, earthy flavors, and often fermented with wild or local yeast strains, giving them a unique, regional character.

Each of our brews will be inspired by a different region, allowing us to explore and experiment with new flavors and techniques. We're passionate about pushing boundaries and challenging ourselves in the brewing process.

Additionally, we're excited to collaborate with our local partners such as Linc Malt for grain as well as Urban Art Co-op, who will be creating custom Amphora clay fermentation vessel for us. We can't wait to see what this partnership brings!
